Audra Johnson

Audra Johnson, born in Dubuque, IA, and raised in New Jersey, was trained at the New Jersey School of Ballet, the Harid Conservatory, and Atlanta Ballet Centre for Dance Education. Ms. Johnson has danced with Roxey Ballet in Lambertville, NJ, New Jersey Ballet, and Atlanta Ballet. A strong sense of focus in her work has enabled her to tackle a variety of roles ranging from the Fairy Godmother in Graham Lustig’s Cinderella where she was warm and fragile to featured duets in Uncertain Steps and VISTA that highlight her strength and fluidity. She has danced Baker’s Dozen by Twyla Tharp and created roles in Exorcising Man by Lauri Stallings and Ménage a Cinque by Harrison McEldowney. This is Ms. Johnson’s fourth season with the company.
