Laney Engelhard

Laney Engelhard is now in her fifth season with ARB and her roles include Chastity in Beauty and the Beast... a Gothic Romance, Divina in Cinderella, Uncertain Steps by Graham Lustig, Twyla Tharp’s Baker’s Dozen, and Dominique Dumais’– a part between parts –. A smooth and lithe performer, she has created roles in Mr. Lustig’s VISTA, and Lauri Stallings’ Exorcising Man. A graduate of the Washington Academy of Performing Arts in Ellensburg, WA she has studied at the Pacific Northwest Ballet School, The Rock School, and on scholarship at the Lou Conte Dance Studio in Chicago. Laney has danced with Oregon Ballet Theatre and has been a guest artist with Hubbard Street Dance Chicago’s second company.
