Beginner Hip Hop – Adult Open Classes
Angela Cusumano teaches hiphop in Princeton, with a beginner class first and an intermediate/advanced class afterwards. These classes are best enjoyed by dancers with some prior background and excellent physical conditioning. Angela has been teaching her high-energy class for Princeton Ballet School since the summer of 2008. Her class is a fusion of street jazz, funk, and hip-hop. Class starts with a warm-up to stretch and strengthen the body, followed by a combination consisting of energetic, sexy and hard hitting choreography.
These classes run during the Fall and Spring sessions (September-May), not the Summer.
Comfortable dance wear or streetwear you can really move in—sweatpants, yoga pants or shorts, with t-shirts, tank tops or hoodies. SHOES REQUIRED—sneakers or jazz shoes would be good choices.
Fall classes begin September 9, 2017.
