In a renewed commitment to the New Brunswick Downtown Cultural Arts District, construction is underway for a $172 million, 23-story multi-use property that will be home to American Repertory Ballet, Rutgers’ Mason Gross School of the Arts, Crossroads Theatre, and George Street Playhouse. The venue consists of two state-of-the-art theaters, dedicated rehearsal studios, academic and office space. Atop this new theater complex will be 207 residential apartments and 30,000 square feet of office space. In addition there will be a new 344 car parking garage.
