Princeton Ballet School and Special Projects Administrator

Lisa de Ravel (Princeton Ballet School and Special Projects Administrator) has Co-Chaired numerous ARB Annual Galas, 50th Organization reunion performance, 50th Nutcracker Celebration, and Fashion Shows. She served as Dean of Students from 2007-2017 and Alumni Relations Coordinator from 2015-2017. She joined American Repertory Ballet in 1988, and danced under the direction of Dermot Burke in ballets by Ailey, Arpino, Balanchine, Bournonville, Limón, Tudor, Taylor, Burke, Webre and others. From 1989-2006 she taught and choreographed for the Princeton Ballet School including coordinating the Cranbury program, now called Summer Intensive Intermediates. She has been a recipient of the Audrée Estey Award for Excellence in Dance Education, and has also been inducted into Princeton Ballet School Wall of Fame. Ms. de Ravel received her B.A. in Psychology, specializing in child and adolescent development, from Rutgers, The State University. She is a Phi Beta Kappa scholar and a member of Psi Chi psychology honor society. She received her dance training at North Carolina School of the Arts, the School of American Ballet and Boston Ballet.
