We use the information you provide about yourself and prospective students when registering a student for class(es), and only to complete that registration. We do not share this information with outside parties.

If you have submitted your address information via the ARB web site we will use this information to send the requested information and for future ARB promotional mailings. We may share this information with outside parties, however, we will only share this information with other New Jersey based arts organizations for their promotional mailings in exchange for similar information from these groups. The information you submit will not be sold to any outside party.

We use return email addresses to answer the e-mail we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register to receive an e-mail newsletter on the ARB web site. We collect e-mail addresses only, and these are not shared with outside parties.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our web site and to understand how it is being used. For example, we may gather information that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our web site, or that Y number of web site visitors use a particular web browser or a particular internet service provider (ISP), but we do not collect anything that could be used to identify users individually.

Finally, we will never use or share any personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. No personally identifiable information provided to us online; other than e-mail address for the ARB E-mail Newsletter; is stored permanently on the ARB web server.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:

Protecting the privacy of the young is especially important to us. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our web site or servers from those we actually know are under the age of 18. As a school, we are keenly aware of our responsibility to protect our young web site visitors. Each page on the ARB web site utilizes an Internet Content Rating Association (ICRA) Content Label (using Platform for Internet Content Selection (PICS 1.1) specifications), facilitating the use of parental control software.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

E-mail Newsletter
You can unsubscribe from the ARB E-mail Newsletter by 1) following the link provided at the end of each Newsletter or 2) by entering your e-mail address in the form provided on the front page of the ARB web site. The un-subscribing process will generate a confirmation e-mail to ensure your request. Once the confirmation e-mail is replied to, your e-mail address is purged from our database.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

You may have your name changed on, or removed from our mailings lists by contacting ARB at the address below or the e-mail address below. You may also submit a remove request via the ARB web site by clicking here.
