Samantha Huebner

Originally from San Marcos, Texas, Samantha Huebner began her training under Keith Duncan at Central Texas Ballet Conservatory and Marieli Guardiola-Pope at Ballet Conservatory of South Texas.  While in school, Samantha had the opportunity to perform soloist roles in ballets such as Etudes, Pigtail Girl in Graduation Ball, Clara in The Nutcracker, Dawn in Coppelia, Myrtha in Giselle, among other contemporary ballets.  At the age of 16, Samantha was accepted into the University of North Carolina School of the Arts where she trained under Susan Jaffe, Laura Martin and others.  After spending one year at UNCSA she was invited to join the Professional Division at Texas Ballet Theater under the direction of Ben Stevenson and performed alongside the company in works such as Ben Stevenson’s The Nutcracker, and Cinderella.  Samantha then joined Kansas City Ballet in 2016 and spent three seasons in their second company.  During her time with Kansas City Ballet, she had the privilege of performing in ballets such as A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Sleeping Beauty, Theme and Variations, Romeo and Juliet, Wizard of Oz, Peter Pan, and Lady of the Camellias, while also touring to Washington, D.C. to perform Devon Carney’s The Nutcracker at the Kennedy Center.  After Kansas City Ballet, she joined the Northwest Arkansas Ballet Theatre, and has performed many soloist and principal roles including Titania in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Clara in The Nutcracker, Stephanie Martinez’s Otra Vez, Otra Vez, Otra Vez, Ryan Jolicoeur-Nye’s Immortal Beloved, Fairy Godmother in Cinderella, and Clara in The Nutcracker.  Samantha is also a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach.
